Player FAQs
Where are the games?
Check out our current tournaments to play skill games for cash. We allow game developers to add cash tournaments to their games – which are ultimately more fun than anything we could build ourselves.
How does a progressive jackpot tournament work?
In progressive jackpot tournaments, players compete to earn the highest score(s) over a period of time. Players can submit as many scores as they like, but, depending on the tournament, either the single highest score will be tracked on the leaderboards or the total aggregate sum of all the player's score submissions. You can check this setting of a tournament on its info page. Depending on the payment strategy the game developer decided, the top scores will be awarded prizes at the end of the tournament.
Players can enter a progressive jackpot tournament at any point during the tournament – their scores will still count as much as anyone else's.
Are these games secure?
PayoutHub works closely with game developers to ensure that all the tournaments enabled by PayoutHub are secure and fair. If you see suspicious activity happening in a tournament, let us know.
What is the payout structure of my tournament?
We leave the payout structure (i.e., how money is distributed among the winners of the tournament) to the game developer. The details of the payout structure can always be found on the tournament's info page.
I've won some money! Now how do I get it?
PayoutHub allows you to request a check be sent to the address listed in your account information. Note that there is a $2.00 checking fee that will be deducted from your withdrawal. You can also receive withdrawals to your Paypal account.
Something happened and my score wasn't saved!
As hard as we all may try, technical problems are inevitable. Unfortunately, we can't rely on hearsay or screenshots to award someone a high score that wasn't saved in our system. If high score saving is a chronic problem for you, there may be an issue with your browser, connection, or computer… or the tournament you are playing. Let us know and we'll look into it.
I think someone cheated in a tournament!
We take game security and cheating very seriously at PayoutHub. Much of the security in the tournaments, however, is the responsibility of the game developer—PayoutHub just enables the leaderboards and payouts. You can contact us using our contact form, but it's very possible that only the game developer can truly address the problem. We do regularly monitor tournaments for questionable activity, and if we feel that a tournament has been compromised by cheating, we will suspend that tournament and possibly refund all money that has been paid into the tournament, minus fees.
My tournament was suspended or cancelled. Why didn't I get a refund?
If a tournament is suspended or voided due to security concerns, PayoutHub will refund all money that has been paid into the tournament, minus fees. However, PayoutHub is not able to refund tournament entry bids earned by completing offers on one of our partner sites, such as SuperRewards. If that doesn't explain why you didn't get your money, contact us.
